Connect & Collect Vendor Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we'll do our best to work with you whenever possible.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Vendor table cancellations made more than 14 days before the event are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will receive a refund minus a $50 administrative fee.

The administrative fee helps cover non-recoverable expenses already incurred on behalf of vendors, including payment processing fees, event planning, marketing, staffing, vendor management, and space allocation.

Example:
For our August 8th event, the last day to cancel and receive a full refund is July 25th. Beginning July 26th, approved cancellations will be refunded less the $50 administrative fee.
