Tables 65–126 are located inside our dedicated Competition Room.

This room will feature a special attraction throughout the event that is expected to generate consistent foot traffic and keep collectors coming through all day long. If you're looking for extra exposure, these tables are an excellent choice.

Connect & Collect Vendor Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we'll do our best to work with you whenever possible.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Vendor table cancellations made more than 14 days before the event are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will receive a refund minus a $50 administrative fee.

The administrative fee helps cover non-recoverable expenses already incurred on behalf of vendors, including payment processing fees, event planning, marketing, staffing, vendor management, and space allocation.

Example:
For our August 22nd event, the last day to cancel and receive a full refund is August 8th. Beginning August 9th, approved cancellations will be refunded less the $50 administrative fee.

Thank you for understanding. This policy allows us to continue planning a successful event for all vendors and attendees while accommodating cancellations whenever possible.
