This December 5th, Connect & Collect is especially proud to be partnering with ARC Broward to help raise funds in support of the incredible work they do for neurodivergent individuals and the community they serve.

Your Vendor Table Includes

Connect & Collect Vendor Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll do our best to work with you whenever possible.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Vendor table cancellations made more than 14 days before the event are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made 14 days or fewer before the event will receive a refund minus a $50 administrative fee.

The administrative fee helps cover non-recoverable expenses already incurred on behalf of vendors, including payment processing fees, event planning, marketing, staffing, vendor management, and space allocation.

December 5th Event Example:
For our Saturday, December 5th, 2026 event, vendors must cancel by Friday, November 20th to receive a full refund.

Beginning Saturday, November 21st — exactly 14 days before the event — cancellations fall within the 14-day cancellation period and will be refunded minus the $50 administrative fee.
